Likewise, if you receive a different product than the one you purchased, you will be offered the correct product, provided the issue is reported within 48 hours of your purchase. 

Unauthorized purchases, such as those resulting from fraud or a stolen payment method, are eligible for a full refund once the claim is verified by MACH37. If a consumer‑protection law in your jurisdiction mandates a refund, we will comply accordingly. All other requests – such as change‑of‑mind purchases, accidental orders, or dissatisfaction after use – are non‑refundable.
